Build and nurture HighLevel's user community through engagement, support, and content creation. Act as a bridge between the product team and users to gather feedback, facilitate discussions, and help community members succeed with the platform.

Serve as a community advocate and storyteller for Figma's public sector users, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to create engaging content, enable customer success, and amplify user voices to shape product direction.
