Lead agile ceremonies and coach development teams in SAFe methodology for a radio/communications systems client. Day-to-day involves facilitating sprints, managing backlogs in Jira/RTC, mentoring teams on agile practices, and removing blockers.

A technical leadership role focused on engineering delivery, code review, team mentoring, and process improvement rather than hands-on coding. You'll spend most time on planning, feedback, risk management, and developing other engineers.
